You do not need to know exactly what you need before we talk.
Finding the right practitioner can be difficult (especially when several parts of health seem to overlap)
Dr. Katie’s work focuses on mental health, brain health and the physical factors that can affect how people feel and function. Areas of care include:
Anxiety and nervous-system health
ADHD, neurodivergence and executive function
Migraine, headaches and concussion recovery
Sleep, energy and brain fog
Hormones, PMS/PMDD and perimenopause
Nutrition and sustainable lifestyle support
The strategy session is not an assessment. It is simply a place to ask whether your goals fall within Dr. Katie’s scope and whether her approach sounds like a useful fit.
A Simple First Step.
Choose a time
Book a complimentary online strategy session at a time that works for you. There is nothing to prepare.
Ask your questions
During the 15-minute conversation, Dr. Katie can explain how care works, what an initial appointment includes, appointment options and fees.
What comes next
If it feels like a fit, you can book an initial appointment. If it does not, there is no obligation to continue.
What the strategy session is… and what it is not
The strategy session is a brief conversation for prospective patients who are considering care with Dr. Katie.
It can include:
Questions about Dr. Katie’s approach and areas of focus
An explanation of online and in-person care
What to expect from an initial appointment
General information about fees, scheduling and the care process
A conversation about whether your goals appear to fall within Dr. Katie’s professional scope
It does not include:
A medical assessment or review of your complete health history
Diagnosis
Individualized medical advice
Treatment or supplement recommendations
Clinical recommendations can only be made after establishing a doctor–patient relationship through an appropriate appointment.
If you decide to continue
The initial naturopathic appointment is $295 and includes a detailed health history, assessment of your goals and concerns, and the beginning of an individualized care plan.
Online care: Available to residents of Ontario and British Columbia
In-person care: Available in Kelowna, British Columbia
Extended health benefits: Naturopathic appointments may be covered by some plans. Coverage varies, so please check directly with your insurer.
You do not have to book an initial appointment during the strategy session.
Hi I’m Dr. Katie
I’m a naturopathic doctor and the Founder of Tranquil Minds.
My work focuses on the places where mental and physical health overlap, including anxiety, neurodivergence, migraine, concussion recovery, sleep, hormones, and nervous-system regulation.
I believe care should be evidence-informed, practical, and designed around your actual life. You should understand why each recommendation is being made, and your treatment plan should support you without becoming another source of overwhelm.
I provide online naturopathic care across Ontario and British Columbia, as well as in-person care at Concussion Care Kelowna.
