Get Support That Meets You Where You Are

Whether you’re looking for individualized naturopathic care or resources you can work through on your own, there are a few ways to work with Tranquil Minds.

I provide virtual naturopathic care for patients in Ontario, in-person care in Kelowna, British Columbia, and self-guided resources for people who want practical support at their own pace.

Virtual Care

Naturopathic care from home, for patients in Ontario.

Virtual care is a good fit if you’re looking for individualized support for concerns like anxiety, neurodivergence, migraine, hormones, sleep, energy, or the physical symptoms that can overlap with mental health.

Appointments are provided by secure video, with telephone appointments available when appropriate.

Best for:
Patients in Ontario who want personalized assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support.

BC patients can also book but keep in mind appointments are in EST

Kelowna In-Person Care

In-person naturopathic care in Kelowna, British Columbia.

I see patients in person at Concussion Care Kelowna, where my work includes concussion recovery, migraine, mental health, neurodivergence, sleep, nervous-system health, and other overlapping concerns.

You do not need to have a concussion to book an appointment with me.

Best for:
Patients in British Columbia who prefer in-person care or want support with concussion and brain recovery.

Not local to Kelowna? I can see patients virtually from across BC - just book a virtual appointment

Self-Guided Resources

Practical support you can work through at your own pace.

If one-on-one care isn’t the right fit right now, you can still access the tools and frameworks I use through books, courses, and other Tranquil Minds resources.

These are designed to help you better understand anxiety, nervous-system health, and the everyday habits that support mental and physical well-being.

Best for:
People who want structured education and practical tools without individual clinical care.

Have a Question Before You Book?
